AIRCRAFT SOLUTIONS MIDDLE EAST
“At the Forefront of Sustainable Aircraft Recycling”
Aircraft Solutions Middle East is at the forefront of sustainable aircraft recycling. Harvesting aircraft for value parts and leaving the remainder of the plane to deteriorate under the open sky is not an option for Aircraft Solutions Middle East. Its advanced recycling model is based on the premise that each aircraft continues to be an asset which can generate multiple gains. Under this model, 100% of an aircraft will be recycled and up-cycled to deliver the maximum value to its owner, while also helping protect the environment and meeting social needs.
From its new facilities in Al Ain in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the company offers a wide range of services for environmentally sound end-of-life aircraft recycling. Aircraft Solutions Middle East’s trained technicians remove, refurbish and meticulously catalogue components according to industry and government standards and manufacturers’ specifications. The company’s comprehensive services include everything from the dismantling of turbines and tail units to the disposing of hazardous materials and the recertification of spare parts. Strict processes assure consistently high service quality. All technicians attend an advanced training program to further reassure the integrity of the recycling process.
Aircraft Solutions Middle East serves leasing companies, commercial airlines and military operators with tailored services to meet the specific needs of each client. All services are designed to maximize the aircraft owner’s return on investment, while maintaining the highest degree of environmentally-friendly business standards and processes. Owners and operators can realize quick savings by reducing parking, storage and insurance costs through a well-planned and expeditious disassembly of the aircraft once it arrives at the facility. Owners are able to create new revenue streams on the engine leasing markets, or pass savings through to operators providing low-cost, high-quality spare parts.
All other materials harvested from the aircraft’s interior are up-cycled or turned into industrial or consumer products and put to good social use, for example, using aircraft seats to produce shoes for the needy or aluminum to manufacture bicycles that can be used for transportation to jobs.
